Foundation of TRONLY
Changzhou Tronly Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. (former name) was founded.
2010.06
Establishment of Tronly Advanced Electronic Materials
Changzhou Tronly Advanced Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Name Change of TRONLY
The company name was changed to Changzhou Tronly New Electronic Materials Co., Ltd.

Acquisition of NewSun Polymer Technology
TRONLY succeeded in the buyout of Changsha NewSun Polymer Technology Co., Ltd. to consolidate the technology and market position in UV-curing industry.
